Commence of the cover is based on the 1st premium received.

When a member dies in the 10 members cover after a waiting period, they can not be replaced as the cover is quote on the total sum.
Only main members in the 10 members cover qualifies for full benefits.
Overage children under parents cover, whom has started the cover under the age of 18 years will remain in the cover until 25 years and R12.00 addition will be required. The will have the same cover as dependents children.
Dependents over 21 year must produce proof that they are still at school or tertiary.
No medical examination, as long as the waiting period is finished and the policy is up to date with premiums and necessary documents has been submitted, the claim will be paid out.
Full benefits only covers for main members in the family plan, children are paid according to the age group, that also includes the cow and grocery scheme.
Airtime and electricity benefits is only paid to the main member and spouse, in the 10 members plan it is only paid to the main member.
Cow and grocery package, all members are entitled to full benefits.
Funeral grocery will be delivered at your place after necessary documents has been submitted, it is exchangeable for cash.
Claims are payable faster provided all necessary documents are submitted.
Maximum time to file a claim is 6 months, no claim will be paid if submitted after 6 months.
Should a member cancel the December grocery, all the money that is paid will be forfeited. There is no refund as the quotation is done on the total sum.
